1. Program name and description

"Papi's Texts" is the text message program of Papi's Burritos Bowls Donuts, operated by HALO 20 LLC, 857 Terry Pkwy, Terrytown, LA 70056. When you join, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Papi's Burritos Bowls Donuts about specials, new menu items, promotions, and events.

 

2. How to opt in

You can join Papi's Texts in either of these ways:

• Website: check the Papi's Texts consent box on a form at papis504.com and submit your mobile number.

• In store or drive-thru: give your mobile number at checkout and confirm that you want to join, or follow the opt-in prompt on our Clover customer screen.

After you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation text. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

 

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Messages are recurring and automated.

 

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Papi's does not charge for the program.

 

5. Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy anything from Papi's.

 

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Papi's text at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or STOPALL, contact us using the details below, or tell us in any other reasonable way that you want to stop, and we will honor your request promptly.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and coverage. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers.

Papi's Texts is available to users in the United States who are 18 years or older, or the age of majority where they live. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

10. Quiet hours

We will not send marketing texts before 8 AM or after 9 PM in your local time zone. Replies to your HELP or STOP requests may be sent at any time.

 

11. Privacy

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms or end the program at any time. We will post updates on this page and change the effective date above. If you keep receiving messages after a change, that means you accept the updated terms. If we end the program, we will let subscribers know by text.
