Papi's Burritos Bowls Donuts ("Papi's," "we," "us," or "our") is a restaurant operated by HALO 20 LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. We are located at 857 Terry Pkwy, Terrytown, LA 70056. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit papis504.com, order from us, join our text program, visit our store or drive-thru, or contact us.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact information: your name, phone number, and email address.
Messages and requests: what you send us through our website forms, email, phone, text, or social media (@papisnola), including catering or event requests.
Reviews and feedback: reviews, comments, and survey answers you share with us or post publicly about us.
Location: only if you choose to provide it, for example an address you type into a form.

Information from your orders

In-store and drive-thru orders: our point-of-sale system, Clover, records order details such as items, totals, date and time, and the last digits and type of the card used. If you ask for a digital receipt, Clover may also record your phone number or email.
Delivery and pickup orders: if you order through DoorDash or Uber Eats, those platforms collect your information under their own privacy policies and share with us only what we need to prepare your order, such as your first name, order items, and special instructions.

Website information collected automatically

When you visit papis504.com, our website platform, Wix, may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and approximate location based on IP address. We use this information to keep the site running and to understand how visitors use it.

Cameras on our premises

Our restaurant and drive-thru use security cameras for safety, loss prevention, and order accuracy. Footage is kept for a limited time and is shared only as described in "How we share information" below.

How we use your information

Take, prepare, and complete your orders and give you receipts
Send you texts and emails you have agreed to receive, such as specials and new menu items
Answer your questions, requests, and feedback

SMS and mobile information

If you join our text program, Papi's Texts, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the date, time, and how you opted in). We use this only to send you the messages you signed up for and to honor your opt-out requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers that help us run our business, such as Clover (point of sale, payments, and messaging), Wix (website hosting and forms), and email and text messaging providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Delivery platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats, when you order through them, to complete your order.
Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Papi's, our customers, our staff, or others.
Business transfers: if our business or its assets are sold, merged, or transferred, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Payment cards

Card payments are processed by Clover and its payment partners. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. Clover handles card data under industry security standards (PCI DSS). Payments made through DoorDash or Uber Eats are processed by those platforms.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. Wix sets cookies needed to run the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.

Children's privacy

Our website and programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our text program is for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. For example, we keep text program consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for 4 years after you opt out, as proof of consent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Texts: reply STOP to any Papi's text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
Emails: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.

We are based in Louisiana and serve customers in the Greater New Orleans area and elsewhere, including visitors from Texas.
